Harvest Bible Chapel Barrie exists to glorify God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment. Our ministry philosophy revolves around four pillars (unapologetic preaching, unashamed adoration, unceasing prayer, unafraid witness) and our discipleship strategy around three Ws (worship Christ, walk with Christ, work for Christ).
After 16 years of weekly set up and tear down, we moved into our first permanent facility in August 2017. This attractive and functional space of 33,000 square feet enhances our ability to fulfill our mission. We currently offer two Sunday services with combined attendance around 900, with plans for a third service in 2019 and a second campus in 2020.
We are seeking a full-time worship director to join our staff team and help us move to the next level of impact. He should possess growing spiritual maturity, exceptional musical and technical competency, strong organizational and relational skills, proven leadership ability, and ministry experience in a mid- to large-sized church.
