Calvary Baptist Church Seeking Lead Pastor

Calvary Baptist Church, a welcoming and vibrant congregation in Killarney, Manitoba, is seeking a passionate and experienced Pastor to lead our church family.

About Us:

Christ-centered church with a vision for impacting our community and beyond.

Healthy, multi-generational church, with an average Sunday morning attendance of around 100.

Committed to building and equipping disciples through life groups and Christ-centered worship.

Financially healthy church with a high level of member participation in various ministries.

We're looking for a Pastor who:

Is a spirit-filled, mature believer with a heart for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Has a strong preaching and teaching ability to inspire and motivate.

Champions outreach and discipleship ministries.

Provides pastoral care and support to the church and community.

Collaborates effectively with church leadership teams.

Holds sound biblical doctrine.

Is self-motivated, takes initiative, and is a team player.
