Columbia Bible College is seeking a servant leader to drive revenue through campus rentals and conference services while creating exceptional internal events that build community and advance our mission. This role combines entrepreneurial business development with strategic event planning, requiring someone who sees excellence as worship and has an obvious love for the church. Key responsibilities include proactive sales to churches and Christian organizations, coordinating major College events, supervising seasonal staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of event or hospitality experience, proven sales ability, strong organizational skills, and alignment with our Core Values.
