Position Description

Would you like to develop a new church plant in a multi-site church environment? Over the past year, a group in Ingersoll, Ontario planted a microsite of Forward Church. We are now searching for a part-time / bi-vocational Site Pastor to lead the planting of a church in Ingersoll with this core group, which is part of our church family.

In this role, you will

Lead our current microsite in Ingersoll and work together to reach Ingersoll with the Gospel of Jesus.

Have opportunities to preach and teach as part of the broader discipleship efforts of Forward Church.

Give oversight to all ministries of Forward Ingersoll. 

Work with other members of the Forward team to develop a church family committed to the mission of making disciples of Jesus who love God, love others, and serve the world.

The person in this role must be able to agree with our Articles of Faith and Lifestyle Statement. Forward Church is a member of the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches in Canada with our main site located in Cambridge, Ontario.
