Position Description

First Baptist Church seeks a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as the Pastor of Student and Young Adult Ministries. Preference will be given to those with the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or related field (preferred).

Experience in youth and young adult ministry leadership.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Commitment to personal spiritual growth and development.
