Looking to grow in your leadership/ mentorship abilities?
Parkway Bible Church day camp is the perfect place!
The leadership director leads daily lessons and activities to help train our young staff how to be a counselors at camp!
The Leadership Director will
- Create daily lessons for L.I.T staff
- Make a development plan
- check in weekly with staff on their growth plans
- equip young people to know their giftings
- encourage teamwork within the camp
- give young people a sense of a servant heart
this position starts in June and goes till the second week in August
