Position Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting our founder with a variety of executive, communications, leadership, administrative, and miscellaneous tasks, as required
- Understanding both the business and culture of Algonquin Digital and the strategy, communication style, vision, values, etc. of our founder
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Other responsibilities as required
The ideal candidate:
- Has a positive and optimistic outlook, with a high level of personal integrity
- Is comfortable with technology
- Loves to learn
- Is organized and dependable, with a high level of verbal and written communication skills
- Has appreciation for creativity
- Is self-motivated and can perceive and accomplish tasks that move our goals forward
- Is comfortable executing on both specific and occasionally somewhat vague instructions, and doesn’t hesitate to ask for clarification if needed
- Is able to take independent action in alignment with our goals and values
- Is excited about our values
- Is excited about joining a growing, creative team and company and investing long-term
Location:
This is a largely in-person position working from our Huntsville, ON office, and other locations as required
Compensation:
Salary varies with experience and/or ability. This is a full-time salaried position supporting the founder at a growing company.
