Position Description

Pine Grove Community Church (Free Methodist Church in Canada) is seeking a Lead Pastor who can spiritually Shepherd and lead us.

We are a body of believers who have a desire to be spiritually fed and challenged through Biblical teaching. We believe, through God’s grace, that worship, prayer, generosity, and discipleship are the foundation of our faith equipping us to lead by the Holy Spirit.

The Lead Pastor’s responsibilities would include weekly Bible based preaching, Pastoral care, encouraging and promoting Church revitalization through building small groups, prayer initiatives, discipleship opportunities and supporting Ministry Leaders.
