InterVarsity Pioneer Camp Ontario, located in Muskoka, is seeking to fill a 6-month maternity leave contract for a full time Year-Round Ministries Registrar and Leadership Experience And Development (L.E.A.D) Administrator position.  Pioneer Camp is owned and operated by InterVarsity Christian Fellowship of Canada, and has been in operation since 1929.  The purpose of this position is to ensure that guest groups are registered in a timely and accurate manner, as well as to provide administrative support to the L.E.A.D program.  This person will work to instill confidence in our ability to provide excellent guest services in a manner that is consistent with the values and standards of Pioneer Camp.   

The ideal applicant for this position will possess the following qualifications: 

·         Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and desire to grow as a follower of Christ.

·         Exemplify servant leadership and a genuine love for the Lord; be a role model for the team.

·         Administrative and organizational skills.

·         Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

·         Computer skills.

·         Ability to work independently.

·         Motivated with leadership skills and experience in pastoral work.

·         Knowledge and experience in camping ministries.

·         Marketing and promotion skills.

This is a 6-month full-time maternity/parental leave contract with the possibility to extend up to 12 months.
