Job Description: One enthusiastic and responsible CORE applicant will be selected to lead each of the five Kids Ministry program areas. Experience in working with children, developing/using curriculum and directing staff and/or volunteers is essential. Each leader will supervise three or more team members in their program area. These positions will be filled with people who are passionate about children and sharing Christ's love with them through their daily interactions and bible based programming .Supervisory experience, organization skills and flexibility are essential! These leaders must be energetic, self-driven, creative and sensitive individuals who love children’s unique personalities and are willing to plant seeds of faith in the lives of young children. *ECE preferred. *

NOTE: – while applicants should give consideration to which age group they would prefer to work with, this will be discussed with the Kids Ministry Director during your interview, and the final decision will be made by the KM Director. You will not choose an age group on your application. The five KM age groupings are: CRAWLERS (0-17 months); LITTLE STEPS (18-35 months); HOPPERS (3-4 years); JUMPERS (completed JK & SK); SKIPPERS (completed Grades 1-3)

Muskoka Bible Centre's seasonal staff participate in Stepping Stones, a 2-4 month residential discipleship experience, which aims to bring youth towards maturity in Christ by Renewing their relationship with God, Connecting them to a healthy community, and Equipping them to do God's work. We recruit 100 + youth (15-25 yrs) for our spring/summer program. We provide life-changing experiences through practical service work, intentional training, leadership development and an encouraging community of believers. It is our hope to build up a new generation of God-directed leaders and equip all participants to actively serve the Lord in their home communities.
