Position Description

Moosomin Baptist Church is looking for a passionate, Christ-centered leader to join our team as Associate Pastor, with a key focus on youth and their families. You’ll lead dynamic youth programs (ages 12–18), nurture faith formation, and serve the whole church alongside our pastoral team.

Who You Are:

• A committed follower of Jesus
• Excited to disciple youth and build community
• Experienced in ministry (especially youth)
• Theologically trained—or training (we’re flexible!)

About Us:

We’re a vibrant, active church of 100–120 people in a growing, welcoming town full of young families and opportunity. Our building is a hub for church and community life.
