Parkway Bible Church day camp is the perfect place!

The leadership director leads daily lessons and activities to help train our young staff how to be a counselors at camp! 

The Leadership Director will 

• Create daily lessons for L.I.T staff
• Make a development plan 
• check in weekly with staff on their growth plans 
• equip young people to know their giftings 
• encourage teamwork within the camp 
• give young people a sense of a servant heart

this position starts in June and goes till the second week in August
