Position Description
This position is available across different university regions within Canada. It runs September through May following the campus year.
Athletes in Action (AIA) is a division of Power To Change. AIA is a ministry that seeks to help people know Jesus and experience his power to change the world through sport. No matter what type of work those involved with Athletes in Action (AIA) do, whether they are staff or volunteers, we understand that our work collectively is to further this overall mission.
AIA Campus intern Staff are responsible for the fulfilment of the mission and vision of Athletes in Action on their local campus and beyond. This role consists of helping those in varsity athletics discover Jesus, grow in their faith, develop their unique potential and put their faith into action as they impact the world.
Funding is provided through Ministry Partner Development which is the process of building a partnership team which provides financial and prayer support for the ministry. The financial support will cover the costs of the candidate’s salary and ministry expenses.
