Role Summary:

Prince Rupert Fellowship Baptist Church is actively seeking a qualified individual to serve as the next Senior Pastor. This church is characterized by its multi-generational membership, comprising approximately 50 members and an average Sunday attendance of 80 individuals.  As a regional ministry affiliated with Fellowship Pacific, we are committed to finding a candidate who exhibits a Spirit-filled, Bible-believing faith and maintains a passionate, prayerful relationship with Jesus Christ.  The Senior Pastor is expected to demonstrate a dynamic and reproducible spiritual life, possess exceptional communication skills, exhibit compassionate leadership in shepherding the congregation, and effectively equip others for ministry.  Moreover, the candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to collaborative and organizational teamwork.
