Position Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Media Coordinator to oversee the creation, organization, and management of multimedia content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media trends and tools to help amplify our brand presence and engage target audiences effectively.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide media, audio and visual support to events and summer day camp.
- Plan and execute media strategies to support marketing, communication, and brand initiatives.
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality video, graphics, and written content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in media coordination, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and pay close attention to detail.
- Proficiency in media editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Eligible Applicants:
- Age requirement: 15 to 30 at the start of employment
- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or possess refugee status under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act during employment
- Valid Social Insurance Number and legal eligibility to work in Canada

- Ability to attend events and functions with fixed schedules while maintaining flexible hours as needed
- Vulnerable sector check is mandatory for all qualified candidates.

- Date: July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
