Position Description

The Shelburne Site Director/Regional Ministry Coordinator will give pastoral and organizational leadership to our vibrant Compass site in the growing community of Shelburne, as well as providing oversight to our regional ministries and outreach to our surrounding area. This high-impact leader will be a part of our dynamic staff team and report to the Director of Sites and Services. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, takes initiative, is caring, flexible, strategic and trustworthy.
