Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Automations (CRM) & Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing systems, designed to provide high-value, thoughtful, and human experiences for incoming leads and prospects, at scale. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of digital marketing, paid social media ads, and customer journeys. This role plays a key part in supporting organizational goals by crafting compelling messages that engage our company and client audiences in personalized interactions leading to sales outcomes.

Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, and managing marketing automations using Go High Level or similar platforms
- Developing and optimizing sales funnels to maximize conversions and client engagement
- Crafting and executing marketing strategies to support business objectives
- Creating compelling communication content for email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and other channels
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals for our clients
- Maintaining and updating automation workflows to ensure efficiency and relevance
- Staying current with marketing automation trends and best practices
- Other responsibilities as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has hands-on experience with Go High Level or comparable marketing automation platforms
- Demonstrates expertise in building and optimizing sales funnels
- Is familiar with harnessing the strengths of AI and mitigating its weaknesses
- Possesses a strong understanding of marketing strategy, business strategy, and campaign execution
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excels at problem-solving and adapting to evolving project needs
- Is data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Stays organized, detail-oriented, and manages multiple projects efficiently

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and expertise. This is a full-time salaried position with opportunities for career development and advancement based on performance, initiative, and impact.
