Position Description
To manage day to day administrative and office support activities of the assigned leader(s) and/or Department(s) within the North America Regional Team of Resonate Global Mission.
This role will specifically support the Canada Regional Mission team and Campus Ministry team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative support for Canada Regional Mission Team and Campus Ministry leaders, including scheduling and handling logistics for meetings, preparing documents, budget spreadsheets, presentations, organizing files and updating databases
- Schedule appointments and handle the logistics for annual conferences, and travel as applicable
- Coordinate and organize all aspects of conference(s) (e.g., research and choose venues, arrange travel and transportation of attendees, collect and organize event material and other necessary logistics)
- Maintain records of Canada Regional Mission Team and Campus Ministry partnership agreements and Memorandums of Understanding; track renewal dates and take actions necessary to keep the documents current. Maintain templates in accordance with Resonate policy. Coordinate internal meetings, reporting, and other logistics, working closely with NA Engagement teams, and other Resonate departments
- Prepare and process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports as applicable for Canada Regional Mission Team and Campus Ministry program. In cooperation with Finance team, provide support and review expense reports as applicable
- Process funding and grant payments to campus ministries and ministry partners on a regular basis
- Coordinate and execute annual budget process for Canada Regional Teams and Campus Ministry Team and collaborate with the finance team as applicable
- Coordinate accurate, efficient and timely preparation and distribution of materials, reports and presentations as applicable
- Coordinate programs and/or specific projects as applicable
- Create, publish and distribute regional newsletter on regular basis and ensure the website is updated in collaboration with the marketing communication department as applicable
- Create and process metrics reports as needed
- Utilize the Salesforce database for inputting regional team data. Serve as a database expert for the Canada Regional Teams and Campus Ministry Team. Run reports and provide insight as needed
- Attend, in person, at least one team retreat and one campus ministry gathering as required. Overnight travel may apply
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and required

QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to respect and support the mission, vision and values of the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom and other computer applications
- Demonstrated professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability and experience to organize and implement routine administrative and office functions
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-through and initiative
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks and responsibilities including multitasking, setting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and external contacts and willingly serve others
- An interdependent team player
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Some college coursework
- Prior office administrative experience is an asset
