About the Role

The Executive Assistant serves as a key partner to the SDFO—ensuring priorities are managed, meetings are streamlined, and projects stay on track. With a proactive mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll play a vital role in advancing the work of our Operations Department and the broader FMCIC organization.

What You’ll Do

Calendar & Meeting Management

  • Manage and optimize the SDFO’s calendar and schedule
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Act as a key liaison and gatekeeper, anticipating needs and staying steps ahead

Travel & Expense Coordination

  • Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel
  • Create detailed itineraries and ensure expenses are tracked and submitted accurately
