We're Hiring: Discipleship Pastor (Part-Time)
27.5 hours/week | Starting October 2025 | Winnipeg, MB

The Meeting Place is looking for a highly relational, and spiritually grounded Discipleship Pastor to help adults grow as followers of Jesus. This part-time role (27.5 hrs/week) is all about building community, supporting leaders, and walking alongside people in their faith journeys.

You'll work closely with the Lead Pastor and volunteer teams to shape and lead our small groups, YOU AT TMP (Tuesday evening discipleship), and mentorship programs for pre-marital couples, baptisms, and more. You will support leaders of special interest groups like Alpha and Divorce Care. We're looking for someone who is passionate about discipleship, excited about equipping others, and loves the local church.

To increase our ability to provide spiritual care to our faith community we welcome and encourage women with a pastoral calling to apply. Credentialing with the Mennonite Brethren Church will be required, as is a heart for TMP’s mission of helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ.
