Position Description

Restoration Church Kelowna is a cutting-edge, Spirit-filled, prophetic church committed to equipping and mobilizing believers in worship, creativity, and outreach. We believe worship is not just music but a prophetic declaration that shifts atmospheres and ushers in revival.

We are seeking a Spirit-filled, innovative Worship & Arts Pastor to pioneer and lead our worship culture, develop a vibrant arts ministry, and raise up a new generation of worshippers who carry the presence of God with excellence and creativity.

Compensation:

• Salary: $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Benefits package and ministry expenses to be discussed in interview process

Qualifications:

• A Spirit-filled leader with a deep love for worship, the arts, and the presence of God.
• Strong belief in and practice of the gifts of the Spirit, prophecy, healing, and deliverance.
• Skilled musician and worship leader with proven ministry experience.
• Ability to pioneer, build, and lead worship teams, choirs, and arts ministries.
• Creative visionary who can integrate music, drama, and prophetic expression into church life.
• Pastoral heart with strong relational skills to disciple worshippers and creatives.
• Alignment with the vision, culture, and values of Restoration Church Kelowna.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee worship ministry during 2 weekly services, creating Spirit-filled environments where people encounter the presence of God.
• Build, train, and mentor worship teams and develop a culture of excellence in prophetic worship.
• Launch and oversee an Outreach Choir to minister in the community and at special events.
• Create and run Worship Schools to raise up future worshippers, musicians, and prophetic artists.
• Produce 2 dramas/productions per year that creatively communicate the Gospel and engage the community.
• Assist in church-wide Outreaches, bringing worship and arts into evangelism and community impact.
• Oversee technical aspects of worship (sound, lighting, media) with a heart for excellence.
• Integrate prophetic and creative expressions (dance, drama, visual arts) into worship gatherings.
• Partner with pastoral leadership to ensure worship and arts are fully aligned with the vision of the house.

• Strong communicator, able to lead both from the platform and in mentoring relationships.
• Passionate about revival and seeing worship as a weapon of breakthrough in this generation.
