Position Description

Plan, prepare, and serve meals for a variety of group sizes. Develop and implement menus, accommodating special dietary needs.

• Ensure meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Order groceries, dairy, meat, and other supplies.
• Provide a positive dining experience with nutritious, high-quality meals.
• Supervise, train, and support food services staff and volunteers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen that meets food safety standards.
• Manage food services budget, inventory, and expense tracking.
• Oversee the use and upkeep of kitchen facilities, including coolers and freezers.
