Worship Pastor (part time)
Worship Pastor (part time)
Stittsville, Ontario , K2S 1B1
Position Description
Community Bible Church – Stittsville, Ontario
Now Hiring: Part-Time Worship Pastor
Step Into the Story
You walk through the doors of the old Home Hardware on Main Street, now transformed into a church filled with song, stories, and seekers. The room dims, a welcome video plays, and a quiet expectancy settles in. When the music begins, it’s not a concert … it’s the expression of a community lifting worship in unison.
At CBC, worship isn’t just a set list—it’s a shared experience of grace, wonder, and truth. It’s people from all walks of life coming together, week after week, to refocus on Jesus.
We’re looking for a Worship Pastor who doesn’t just lead music, but leads people—to be present with God, to engage with others, and to offer their gifts in service. Someone who can shepherd a team, inspire a room, and build a worship culture that is grounded, authentic, and alive.
Why CBC?
Community Bible Church (CBC) is a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, independent church with deep roots in Stittsville and a growing heart for the surrounding community. Our mission is simple and bold: Know Jesus. Grow Together. Love Others.
We are a church in motion—committed to Scripture, generous in service, and hungry for spiritual depth. Our congregation of 200 is ready for the next chapter of musical and spiritual leadership. Could it be you?
