Position Description
Lakeside Community Church (LCC) is seeking to fill the role of Lead Pastor for our creative and unique church in Salmon Arm, B.C. We seek fresh ways of being the body of Christ as we missionally serve our community. The successful candidate for our next season of ministry will have the gifts, temperament, and calling as a creative and missional leader and an equipper of others. We desire a pastor who will create and nurture a sense of community in our ever-changing context. We are offering flexibility for the successful candidate to explore employment options (part-time, full-time, shared calling, bi-vocational).
