Mission Thrift Store Burlington is a community-focused, volunteer-driven thrift store in partnership with Bible League Canada. We provide affordable goods for our community while supporting Bible distribution worldwide.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Production Associate who is energetic, self-motivated, and has a passion for retail and thrifting. The Production Associate will work in the production area of the store, sorting and pricing donated items, and ensuring they are prepared for the sales floor. This position includes morning and evening shifts, as well as some Saturdays.

This is an onsite position at 3305 Fairview Street, Burlington, ON.

This position is full-time (10:00 am – 6:00 pm), with every other Saturday required (a weekday off is provided in those weeks). In addition, one evening shift (12:00 pm – 8:00 pm) per week is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and prepare donated goods for the sales floor.
• Ensure items meet quality standards and are processed in a timely manner.
• Support and work alongside volunteers and staff in a positive, team-focused environment.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and fun working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

• Retail experience required; thrift store experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Dependable and flexible, with availability for some Saturday shifts.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift items during shifts.
