Founded by Dr. Charles F. Stanley in 1977, In Touch Ministries Canada is a Christian non-profit organization, headquartered in Atlanta, that is committed to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and strengthening the local church.
Position Description:
The role of the Associate Director is to work closely with the Executive Director in generating various types of reports and communication materials. A lot of the tasks will involve the use of our CRM systems and the MS Office Suite, so advanced knowledge in IT is essential. The Associate Director will support the team and provide office leadership, training, and will also involve various administrative tasks.

Duties and Expectations include, but are not limited to the following:
- To be familiar and updated with the sermons and teachings of Dr. Charles Stanley
- To call and pray with people about their concerns and needs whenever possible
- To gain the knowledge and understanding to respond effectively to partner questions about the ministry, the teachings of Dr. Stanley, and to be ready to provide details about ministry resources
- To navigate In Touch’s CRM software to create reports, segmentations, data entry, customization, and troubleshooting.
- To generate receipts and mailing lists through the CRM
- To assist in reconciling financial reports, and some banking tasks under the supervision of the executive director and accountant
- To create and distribute documents required for day to day activities
- To provide regular communication reports to management
- To assist in office and administration tasks as needed
- To help plan events and address logistical needs
Qualifications:
- All employees must exhibit spiritual maturity and a deep understanding of our Christian faith, as part of the In Touch Ministries team
- A college degree is required
- Ministry experience is preferred
- Experience making outgoing calls, cold calls and following up is desired
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn additional CRM software
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong grammar and composition skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Good interpersonal skills and collaborative work style
- As a Christian organization, we require our employees to be in agreement with and willing to sign our Statement of Faith
- Must currently be located near our Markham office (we will only respond to candidates who are in close proximity to our office)
