Position Description

- Preaching
- Pastoral care / shepherding
Qualifications
- A person of faith, prayer, vision, and integrity who maintains a close relationship with God
- Strong biblical knowledge
- 2 years or more of ministry experience preferable minimum of B.TH. or equivalent from an accredited seminary
- A willingness to come under leadership and to lead with humility
- A team player who functions well within group leadership
- Adaptive capacity and comfortable with change
- Good understanding of North American culture
- Fluent in English; ability to speak French or Chinese an asset
- Background check required prior to employment
