Position Description

The role of Director of Worship & Creative Arts will oversee the creative aspects and elements of our Sunday morning gatherings, including our online service and our church-wide events, across all of our sites. They will also lead a creative team overseeing all areas of communication, media and production at Compass. We are searching for someone who is creative, has a passion for worship and is also a gifted musician, with a missional heart. Experience in media and production is an asset. They need to be a leader of leaders, leading teams and equipping others to accomplish the mission and vision of Compass. This high capacity and forward-thinking leader will become part of our staff team and will work closely with both our Lead Pastor and teaching team.
