Lion’s Mane Ministry Gospel Television exists to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through high-quality, Spirit-led media. We are expanding our studio operations to reach more souls across Canada, Nigeria, United States, Asia and beyond. The Studio Production Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our broadcasts reflect both technical excellence and spiritual integrity.

• Job Title: Studio Production Manager
• Organization: Lion’s Mane Ministry Gospel Television
• Location: Waterloo Region, Ontario (with coordination across Ibadan, Nigeria)
• Reports To: Director of Broadcast & Media Ministry
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Operations & Broadcast Management
• Oversee all studio-based productions, including live worship services, teaching programs, interviews, and special broadcasts.
• Manage the technical execution of live and recorded content for television and digital platforms.
• Ensure all studio equipment (cameras, switchers, lighting, audio, streaming systems) is maintained and optimized.
• Production Planning & Coordination, Develop weekly and seasonal production schedules in alignment with ministry programming and outreach goals.
• Coordinate with pastors, guest ministers, worship teams, and media staff to ensure smooth execution of broadcasts.
• Lead pre-production meetings and post-production reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Team Leadership & Volunteer Development
• Supervise and mentor a team of technical staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of excellence, humility, and service.
• Provide training in studio operations, camera work, lighting, audio mixing, and live streaming.
• Encourage spiritual growth and team unity among production personnel.
• Compliance, Safety & Stewardship
• Ensure all content complies with CRTC regulations and internal editorial standards.
• Maintain production logs, equipment inventories, and safety protocols.
• Steward resources wisely, aligning production decisions with the ministry’s budget and mission

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Media Production, Broadcast Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in studio or live production, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with broadcast and streaming technologies (e.g., Blackmagic ATEM, vMix, ProPresenter, Dante audio).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission of Lion’s Mane Ministry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and ministry events.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in faith-based or nonprofit media environments.
• Familiarity with multi-site or international broadcast coordination.
• Ability to work cross-culturally, especially in Canadian and Nigerian ministry contexts.
• Calm under pressure, with a heart for excellence and service.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time 
• Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000
• Reporting: To Ministry Director
