Position Description
Must have or be willing to obtain Wilderness Advanced First Aid and Level C CPR. Ideal candidate would also have training such as “Leave No Trace.”
Oversee the teen leadership program (TREK) with the other Trek Leader, leading and participating in training sessions, team building, and chores.
Lead wilderness trips for groups of campers on a weekly basis, as well as wilderness activity training.
Responsible for the maintenance and preparation of out-trip materials, including safety items, food, tents and backpacks.
Work closely with the Program Director to participate in program activities and assist with supervision.
When leadership students are not onsite, coordinator will work as needed as program or cabin leader
Beneficial skills/assets: driver’s license, musical ability, photography, drama, lifeguard certification, camp activity skills (archery, sports, art, etc.).
Age 18+. Dates: June 15-August 22 with a week off. Pay is $15.50/hour.
