Position Overview:
The Director of Operations is a key leadership position within the British Columbia Baptist Association (BCBA) providing vital operational, administrative, and strategic support to the Executive Minister. This role ensures the smooth functioning and growth of the BCBA through policy development, strategic planning, fostering strong partnerships within the community of churches and financial oversight. The Director will work collaboratively with the Executive Minister, Executive Assistant, Executive Council, and existing church leadership and contribute to the long-term health and sustainability of the BCBA.
