Lead Pastor Position Available  -   Waypoint Church - Oakville ON (Canada)

Waypoint Church is a vibrant community of 150 families. We were the original site of the former Meeting House and part of the Be In Christ Church of Canada - beinchrist.ca. We have been healing and refocusing our identity as we get ready to move into a new meeting space. We have a strong leadership core, a gifted staff team and a solid financial outlook.  We are committed to our anabaptist / Jesus-centred convictions as we build community and introduce people to a life-giving faith.

We are searching for a Lead Pastor who loves Jesus, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated gifts of teaching and leadership.  It is essential that our candidate welcomes the opportunity to live in an urban Canadian centre. A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies is required as is credentialing with the denomination. This is a full-time position including salary, benefits and pension.  Funds for relocation will be provided.
