Position Description
Frontiers Canada, a Christian missions organization, is seeking a Field Projects Coordinator for a part-time, ongoing position (15 hours/week), anticipated to continue beyond an initial period of supporting a planned staff transition and providing coverage during a six-month sabbatical.
The role supports the administration of overseas ministry projects by coordinating project set-up, extensions, reporting, and closures, maintaining accurate files and database records, and working with the supervisor and Finance team to ensure timelines, budgets, and documentation are complete.
This position is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, a strong completer/finisher, and comfortable with measurable, task-based work in a faith-based environment.
The hourly wage range is $18–$23, in compliance with Ontario employment standards, and the position is funded through the successful candidate’s own support for salary.
