The Role:  CEO Leadership & Exceptionality Programs Coordinator

The Coordinator is responsible for end‑to‑end development and operational management of the summer CEO Leadership Program and the Exceptionality Program, including application and admissions processes, hiring and training seasonal leadership and counsellors, coordinating communications with families and stakeholders, and overseeing program‑specific trips and year‑round follow‑up. This role also develops and maintains training materials, ensures compliance with safety and crisis‑intervention standards, manages program budgets and supplies, participates in corporate events and staff training, and drives continual program innovation and evaluation to deliver exceptional, inclusive camper outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Proven ability in administration, organization, and time management.
  • A passion for working with young people both with and without exceptionalities.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage, inspire, develop and coordinate staff 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communicator both oral and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple high priority tasks.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Ability to initiate independently as well as work effectively on a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Passion for youth ministry, the camping industry and leadership development
  • Personal values that match Muskoka Woods’ Core Values and Core Leaves
  • College Diploma/University degree in related field
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in education and/or leadership programming 
  • Experience with youth with disabilities is preferred
  • Summer Camp and/or Muskoka Woods experience is preferred
