Position Description

VantagePoint Centre is a recently established Christian organization uniting the Marketplace, Church, and Community for transformational growth. We are seeking a strong, gifted, Spirit-led leader who brings visionary and operational experience to serve as our Chief Executive Officer.

Our founders believe that God is at work through His people in businesses, churches, and communities; yet, too often, they operate in isolation. VantagePoint Centre will offer opportunities to unite, equip, and support people in each of these spheres for improved collaboration and greater impact. • Location: Leamington, ON (in-person)
• Reports To: Board of Directors
• Status: Full-Time

The Role

• Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish healthy organizational culture, solid strategy, and effective systems for long-term sustainability and growth. Accountability, responsibility, and decision authority will be clearly defined.
• Help shape the strategic plan and lead the organization to accomplish measurable results.
• Ensure legal, governance, and administrative essentials are in place to grow the organization with confidence and integrity.
• Develop a strong Marketplace platform as an initial focus, creating momentum for effective engagement with the Church and Community.
• Build credibility and trust with entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, pastors, community leaders, and donors.
• Serve as the public face and trusted voice of the organization.
• Establish partnerships and revenue streams that support organizational sustainability and scaling.
• Position the organization as a trusted leadership development resource.

The Candidate

• Energetic and pioneering self-starter providing disciplined operational leadership, financial stewardship, accountability, and visionary execution.
• Deeply rooted follower of Jesus with proven Christian character.
• Senior leader with experience in building, leading, or scaling an organization.
• Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, showing up with authenticity, confidence, and professionalism.

Compensation

This role offers a mission-appropriate compensation package, with a base salary in the range of $100,000–$130,000, depending on education, experience, and expertise, along with a strong benefits package and additional performance-based incentives.
