Position Description

WestPark Church is a vibrant, growing, and multiethnic congregation seeking a Pastor of Worship Ministries who is passionate about leading people into Christ-centred, Spirit-led worship. This leader will provide vision and direction for the worship ministry, shaping gatherings that are theologically rich, musically engaging, and aligned with the mission of the church. The Pastor of Worship Ministries will oversee the planning and leadership of weekend services, guide the musical and creative direction of worship, and collaborate closely with pastoral and production teams to create meaningful worship experiences that help people encounter God and grow as disciples.

This role is ideal for a leader who loves working with and developing people as much as leading worship. The Pastor of Worship Ministries will recruit, equip, and shepherd a diverse team of musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers, cultivating a healthy ministry culture marked by spiritual depth, creativity, and excellence. As a key member of the church’s leadership team, this pastor will help shape the broader worship culture of the church while building a ministry that reflects the beauty and diversity of God’s Kingdom and invites the congregation into wholehearted worship.
