What You Will Do

We are looking for an individual that is able to provide leadership in the visioning, planning and implementation of this local ministry in Norfolk, ON. Responsibilities include overseeing a local volunteer team while personally engaging in the relational evangelism and discipleship of youth. Being a team player is a must! The ability to build strong relationships and interpersonal skills are a high priority. Education and/or experience related to youth work is required.

This role will also have a focus on TeenLink - which is a program where teens receive certification in Mental Health First Aid, TASK (Anger Management) , Safe-Talk, healthy relationships, stress management, financial management, and goal setting. The purpose of learning these skills is to help teens apply them in their community, as we continue with educating about topics so they can make informed decisions, to grow and engage others in these decisions.

Salary

46,040 to 57,550

The salary of this position is determined on a scale based on education and experience, and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the development of a ministry partnership team.
