Position Description

About Chalmers Community Church

Chalmers Community Church is a welcoming rural faith community located between Kincardine and Tiverton. As a member of the Congregational Christian Churches of Canada, we are a church family committed to following Jesus Christ authentically in our everyday lives—not perfectly, but with sincerity, humility, and a deep desire to grow together.

What makes Chalmers unique is something you don’t just describe—you experience it. From the moment people walk through our doors, they’re met with a warmth that feels like coming home. Our life together includes a blend of musical styles, meaningful times of community prayer, and shared meals that foster deep relationships and genuine connection.

We are passionate about creating spaces where the next generation can belong, grow in faith, and encounter Jesus in real and meaningful ways. As Jesus invited His first disciples to “come and see” (John 1:39), we are excited to invite an Associate Pastor to Youth & Young Adults who will help lead and inspire our young people to discover what God is doing in and through their lives—and to make Chalmers a place they can truly call home.
