Full-time | $70,000–$90,000 annually
Bayview Glen Church is seeking a Discipleship and Groups Pastor to provide leadership, vision, and oversight for key discipleship ministries, including Life Groups, ESL Fellowships, Family Ministry, and Connect Teams. Working closely with the Executive Pastor and department leaders, this role will help implement the church’s mission and vision by creating pathways where people grow in community, discipleship, and spiritual maturity.
The Discipleship and Groups Pastor will oversee the development, implementation, and growth of Life Groups and related discipleship pathways, while recruiting, training, and supporting Life Group coaches, leaders, and volunteers. This role will also provide pastoral care, strengthen leadership structures, support ESL Fellowship integration, and help foster a church-wide culture of belonging, spiritual growth, and authentic community.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature follower of Jesus with experience in pastoral ministry, discipleship, or small group leadership. They will bring strong leadership, communication, team-building, and organizational skills, along with a passion for equipping leaders and helping people take meaningful next steps in their faith.
