Position Description
The International Christian Fellowship of Phnom Penh (ICF) in Cambodia is looking for an Associate Pastor with a focus on families and youth. We are an English-speaking, expatriate, evangelical, interdenominational church seeking someone who will adhere to the theological statements in our constitution. The Associate Pastor will support our Senior Pastor and Church Council in providing pastoral care, discipleship, and ministry leadership for families and youth at the ICF North and South campuses.
Theological training is preferred but not required, however experience in youth and children’s work and pastoral ministry is essential, as is some evidence of gifting in international living or cross-cultural work.
