Central Heights Church is seeking a spiritually mature, high-capacity leader to serve as our Executive Pastor of Ministry and Formation. Working closely alongside the Lead Pastor and the Executive Pastor of Administration, you will help turn our vision of revival into a living, breathing reality through intentional spiritual formation and missional alignment.
In this role, you will act as a strategic architect—translating our visionary "why" into a healthy, actionable "how." You will oversee, strengthen, and align our discipleship ministries and missional engagement by leading dynamic staff teams, empowering leaders, and embedding the way of Jesus into the DNA of our church.
