Position Description

We are a Korean church with an English speaking ministry.  Currently, we are trying to build our English speaking ministry.  We are located in an area with approximately 10 condominium buildings with potential outreach to about 10,000 residents within five minute walking distance to church.

We are looking for an Associate Pastor who will take lead in outreach & evangelism towards neighboring residents.  Followed by spiritual care, bible study and ministering to the needs of the people.

We currently have 10AM Sunday morning English worship service.  Starting Associate pastor will take rotations in preaching at least once a month to start.  As well as to lead Friday prayer and worship meeting where short message or bible study is shared.   On top of preaching and teaching, there would also be coordinating pastoral care and spiritual care for people. (Currently there are approximately 20 members)

This position will start as part time and build towards full time.

Ideal candidate will be either a graduate of Bible college or currently enrolled in a Seminary towards an M.Div. program. 

This position is available from September 1, 2026.  Starting at part time position, salary starts at $1350 per month and reviewed semi-annually.
