The Role:  Recruitment Manager - Seasonal Staff

The Recruitment Manager – Seasonal Staff is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment and selection of exceptional seasonal team members who will deliver outstanding guest experiences and contribute to Muskoka Woods' mission of inspiring youth to shape their world. This role develops and executes innovative recruitment strategies, builds meaningful partnerships, and oversees an engaging, efficient, and mission-driven hiring process that attracts exceptional young leaders who align with Muskoka Woods' Christian mission, values, and culture.

Working collaboratively with the Human Resources team and department leaders across the organization, the Recruitment Manager ensures Muskoka Woods attracts, selects, and prepares a talented, diverse, and committed seasonal workforce capable of delivering safe, memorable, and life-changing experiences for every guest.

What You Bring:

  • College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive recruitment processes to completion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative, goal-driven, and committed to achieving recruitment targets and hiring objectives.
  • Passion for youth ministry, the camping industry, and leadership development.
  • Personal values aligned with Muskoka Woods' Core Values and Core Leaves.
