As we continue to grow, we are looking for an outstanding Operations Manager to help lead the business into its next phase.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of Ricomart and will have the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support staff.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and store performance.
• Develop ideas to increase revenue and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, convenience, or hospitality management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions independently.
• Passion for customer service and operational excellence.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
