Bayview Glen Church is seeking an organized, relational, and ministry-minded Alpha Ministry Coordinator to support our Alpha Ministry. This role involves coordinating weekly Alpha Course operations, equipping and supporting SERVE Teams, and planning retreats and ministry events.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a growing Christian faith, strong organizational skills, and a heart for hospitality, evangelism, and volunteer leadership.
This is a permanent, part-time position of 20 hours per week, including scheduled evening and occasional weekend commitments.
