Bayview Glen Church is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and experienced ministry leader to serve as our Interim Bayview Kids Pastor/Director.
This temporary, full-time position provides leadership and oversight for Bayview Kids (birth to Grade 5), including Sunday ministries, staff and volunteer development, family discipleship, and ministry operations. The role also works collaboratively with campus leaders to strengthen Kids Ministry across Bayview.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in children's ministry leadership, strong relational and organizational skills, and a heart for creating safe, engaging, and Christ-centred environments where children can grow in their faith.
The regular schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with occasional evening and special-event commitments.
