Position Description
We’re hiring a Personnel Manager!
We’re looking for someone to join our team at Pioneers Canada who loves caring for people just as much as building the systems that support them.
This role is about more than HR. It’s about caring for our missionaries and their families, leading the team that walks alongside them, and helping shape a healthy, prayerful culture so the work of Pioneers can keep moving forward around the world.
We’re hoping to find someone who brings solid HR experience, enjoys leading a team, and shares our Christian faith and heart for missions. Experience in ministry or cross-cultural settings is a bonus, and if you don’t tick every box, we’d still encourage you to apply.
The position is based in Dorchester, Ontario, with in-person or hybrid work arrangements available. We’re also flexible on hours, anywhere from 24 to 40 hours a week, for the right person.
