Position Description
Athletes in Action seeks to help people know Jesus and experience his power to change the world through sport. We firmly believe that Jesus transforms lives and that sport influences culture and the world. The AIA Regional Director will work to fulfill this mission through the implementation of Action Camps, Action Clubs and other community based sports initiatives.
They oversee and are responsible for the following areas:
- the operation of camps, clubs and sports initiatives in their region
- hiring in their region
- managing the region's budget
- developing relationships with local churches and community sports groups.
