Position Description

Altadore Baptist Church is a small, increasingly diverse, city-centre church in Calgary, Alberta seeking a Lead Pastor. We are an affirming community where all people, regardless of race, culture, sexuality or faith are wholeheartedly welcome. As a congregationally led church, we are deeply committed to ministering alongside organizations in our neighbourhood and beyond, carrying forward a long-standing dedication to reflect God’s peace, justice and reconciling love. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Theological training (Seminary Degree preferred but not required).
  • Pastoral Ministry and Pastoral Care experience.
  • Staff Leadership experience.
