Position Description

Willowlake Baptist Church is seeking to hire a part-time Youth Ministry Director to lead a small youth ministry in suburban Winnipeg. Our fledgling youth group currently has around 3-8 youth meeting biweekly, and is a mix of unchurched youth, newcomers to Canada and a couple teens from our small congregation. We are looking for a Youth Ministry Director with vision, willing and able to think out of the box, who has a gift of evangelism. Our hours are flexible, at 6-10 hours/week and potential to grow from there. The position is ideal for students, semi-retired or bi-vocational folks looking to use their gifts in ministry.
